# MatrixRates Import/Export

> Documentation for the MatrixRates Import/Export Shopify app.

MatrixRates Import/Export allows Shopify store owners to manage shipping rates via CSV. This tool simplifies the process of updating complex shipping rates by allowing you to edit them in your favorite spreadsheet software and upload them directly to your store.

  Make sure you have everything ready to go:

  * The [MatrixRates app](https://apps.shopify.com/matrixrates-import-export) is installed in your Shopify store.
  * You have Shopify Admin access with permissions to manage shipping settings.
